A light straw colour with a tinge of white chalk.Seductive with tropical aromas of granadilla with a hint of oyster shell which displays the maritime origin. A perfect balance between the freshness and richness of the fruit. The texture is delightful with a touch of flintiness.

The grapes were hand harvested, chilled and whole bunched pressed. They were then fermented in stainless steel tanks and left on their lees for five months before bottling.
