Delicate aroma with complex notes of pepper, liquorice and black cherries. The palate entry is fresh with lavender but also dark berry fruit. The finish is dry with well distributed and elegant tannins.

The grapes were hand-picked and left overnight to cool down in a refrigerated container. They were intimately mixed together and transferred into open vessels, 50% crushed and 30% destemmed where they fermented naturally for a few days. After pressing the wine was then transferred to 300L French oak barrels, 20% new, and was allowed to mature for 16 months before bottling.
